Ross Williams

Let’s Get Better Basketball was founded by Ross Williams, who started this company because of his immense love for the game. Ross explains, “Ever since my college basketball days, I found that people would always come to me for help with training, leadership, and advice. I wanted to continue sharing my joy, knowledge, and love for basketball for the rest of my life, and mentoring and skill development is the perfect way to achieve that.”

Ross Williams is a professional trainer with over 10 years and more of skill development and mentorship.

His resume includes WNBA players All-Star Areal Atkins and Tianna Hawkins from the Washington Mystics, All-Star, and number 1 pick Rhyne Howard from Atlanta Dream.

He has also trained Pro athletes like Rashard Kelly, Dylan Crain, and Scotty Hendricks!
Ross Williams has trained hundreds of D1 and D2 athletes like:
